UX Designer Expert (Enterprise AI Platforms)

WinterSnow Labs is hiring a UX Designer Expert to create high-performance, accessible digital experiences for enterprise products in supply chain, retail, and banking support domains.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops, persona definition, and journey mapping
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready UX specs
- Build and maintain scalable design-system patterns
- Partner with engineers and PMs to translate UX into shipped features
- Run usability testing and prioritize improvements using data

Qualifications
- 5+ years in UX/UI design for web or enterprise SaaS products
- Strong portfolio showing problem framing to measurable outcomes
- Hands-on with Figma, prototyping, and interaction patterns
- Experience collaborating with engineering in agile delivery
- Strong communication with business stakeholders and technical teams
